"I have to admit that never haven’t worked with a company like yours before, I was more than a little apprehensive about placing my business with you. However, after I had my first meeting with you, it was very obvious that you were a very savvy real estate agent but more importantly, what came across to me was your sincerity and dedication to getting the job done. My trust was well placed since you quickly found an excellent candidate to lease my home. When that lease ended and I decided to put the property up for sell, I have to admit that I was doubtful about selling it for the price I wanted and in a quick manner. However, you were all over getting the house sold and I am exceptionally pleased at how quickly you got the job done. As someone who has bought, sold and/or rented out several houses in my lifetime, I have interacted with many real estate agents, most of whom I thought did a great job. However, I have to say that working with you has truly been the best and most pleasant experience I have ever had with a real estate agent. Like the others I have worked with, you were very professional, courteous and obviously knew what you were doing. However, I think the big difference was that although past agents were effective, unlike you, they never made me feel like they cared about me as a person and not as just another real estate commission. For anyone who may read this, I want to be sure that It is made clear that you went above and beyond in your service to me. Since I no longer live in Florida, it was invaluable to me that you were always ready and available to do a lot of the “footwork” needed in getting the house ready for sale that should have been done by me thus saving me from making costly trips back and forth to Florida.
